Design

Designed by Canadian artist Jesse Koreck and engraved in fine detail, the reverse image presents a portrait of Santa Claus. Dressed in his traditional fur-lined cap and coat, with mittens on his hands, Santa is presented in three-quarter profile with his vast beard cascading gracefully through the image. In his left hand he holds a beautifully wrapped gift, while his right hand holds the shoulder-strap of his famous sack of presents, which peek out from behind his right shoulder. His smiling eyes crinkle warmly under snowy brows.
