Design

Designed by Canadian artist Pierre Leduc, your coin features two Sugar Maple leaves. Proudly perched upon their delicate stems, the leaves portray the characteristic elements of the Sugar Maple leaf: the sparsely veined, relatively smooth-edge, almost graphic traits of its species. The reverse also features the word “CANADA,” the date “2013” and the face value of “10 DOLLARS.”
