2005-P (1905-) Canadian 25-Cent Alberta Centennial Quarter Special Wrap Coin Roll
Designed by artist Michelle Grant, it portrays the richness of the Alberta landscape - mountains in the distance, prairie fields, an old-style oil derrick and the wild rose.
Design
The obverse design features Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II in right profile at 77 years old, surrounded by the Latin inscription "ELIZABETH II D. G. REGINA". This effigy was designed by Susanna Blunt.
Designed by Emanuel Hahn, the coin features an oil tower, which represents the province of Alberta. It is accompanied with the facial value and the legend "ALBERTA 1905-2005" and surrounded with the inscription "CANADA".
Packaging
Each roll contains 40 coins of Royal Canadian Mint issued 2005-P (1905-) Canadian 25-Cent Alberta Centennial quarters in special Alberta-themed wrap in original unopened condition.
