The sailors that can be seen are in the process of preparing the ship for a storm that is coming in. The rolling storm clouds and lightening flashes of the eminent storm are beautifully represented in the partial hologram.

The Ketch is similar to a Yawl but has its mizzen mast in front of the rudder. This magnificent ship was one of the few ketches to travel along the St. Lawrence seaways in the early 19th century. Though the ketch brings back memories of the past this ship is a popular yachting ship of today.
