This beautiful two-ounce pure silver coin captures the magic of Europe's largest ferris wheel at night. As soon as the case is opened, the image of the London Eye is brought to life by a blue LED which activates the glow-in-the-dark neon colours of the wheel and fireworks in the background. The coin is dated 2018 and has a legal tender value of 2,000 Francs CFA in the Ivory Coast. Mintage is limited to just 2,000 coins.
The London Eye is a giant ferris wheel on the south bank of the River Thames in London. It is the most popular paid tourist attraction in the United Kingdom with over 3.75 million visitors annually, and has made many appearances in popular culture.

Design
Obverse: depicts the Coat of Arms of Ivory Coast and the inscriptions: "REPUBLIQUE DE COTE D'IVOIRE" - the issuing country and "2000 FRANCS CFA" - the face value.
Reverse: depicts the stunning night view of the incredible London eye panoramic wheel and the rest of the night lights of other famous London buildings. On top of the reverse, the inscriptions: "LONDON EYE" - the name of the coin and "MAGNIFICENT LANDMARKS AT NIGHT" - the name of the series. On the bottom, the inscription: "2018" - the year of issue.
